Overview & Reviews
The Grand Prix underwent a redesign for 2004, but those familiar with the big sedan will find its blend of performance and comfort hasn't changed much.
- Strong supercharged V6, nimble handling, attractive gauges, easy-to-use controls, big trunk, fold-flat front-passenger seat.
- Build and materials quality still needs work, tight backseat, noisy engine, not enough storage or cupholders, no auto climate control.

80% more Fun! - 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix
By Rexorg - June 8 - 10:00 amPontiac has another winner with the 2004 Grand Prix. I have a GTP with the Comp G package. This is one great value for the money. Had a 2001 GTP, and there is no comparison. Everything is better. Front end styling takes a little getting used to. All and all Pontiac will sell thousands of GPs.

My First Pontiac - 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix
By R. P. - May 5 - 10:00 amThis is my first GM Product - I was considering an import (Acura TL, Maxima, etc.) but I am very happy with this. Very quiet, the engine is strong, and handling is very confidence inspiring. The transmission shifts with precision and always seems to be in the right gear. If you enjoy spirited driving, this car will defintely put a smile on your face. The 90 degree opening rear doors and fold down seats (including front) make the car very handy at Home Depot. Lots of comfortable interior room, and all the controls are easy to reach and operate nicely. Ive had no problems this 1st year (15,000 miles) and plan to keep the car for many more.

Finally Arrived from GM - 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix
By Lead Foot Grandfathe - February 25 - 2:00 amThis is a great looking car, which handles extremely well. Stopping power is excellent. This is my 18th General Motors product, most of which have been Pontiacs, Bonneville SSEs and SSEi. This is the best put together car that I have ever owned from General Motors. Everything fits exactly the way it is supposed to, from interior to exterior.

My first year in my Pontiac Grand Prix - 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix
By Carol Acre - December 21 - 10:36 amThis is a beautiful car, I love the Sedona Beige Metallic paint! Since I bought it many people have commented on the style and color.....its so sleek! The interior colors are light, but nothing sticks to the fabric, it wipes up without any spotting at all. It is absolute luxury at an affordable price.....so whats not to like??

Wonderful Ride - 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix
By w8rjg - November 15 - 10:00 amI picked up my car o a Wednesday, and drove the family to Carolla, NC. 700 mile ride each way. Had no problems at all. Quiet, wonderful ride. I kind of wish I would have purchased the more expensive modle which would have had XM Radio. But nonetheless, I love the car.
